Qualifications

Fire Resistance Standard
FRC fire resistance cabinets satisfied the criteria in accordance with Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS-1037:1981) for one hour duration at 1000 degrees celsius. In context, a temperature of 1000 degrees celsius can only be achieved in a furnace or in an oil rig’s fire. Therefore under any normal high-rise building & shop house building fire, the fire resistant cabinet can easily resist more than 3 hours.
Body and Drawer Construction
Construction between the body and drawer front prevents the passage of flames. Double tongue and grove designed to ensure double heat seal and vapour barrier. The drawer can be pulled out 90% from the safe body to ease the stuffing & unstuffing of documents, internal drawer dimension suitable for suspension file F4 and user-friendly press button steel handles.
Heavy Duty Metal Railing
The drawer is loadable with 80 kgs uniform distributed load. Super heavy duty castor & ball bearing mechanism reduces the noise & increases smoothness.
Central Locking System
Central locking mechanism secured by one keylock and one upgraded to UL-Listed S&G 3 wheel combination lock with a security capacity of 1,000,000 combination variations. Enable single use or multiple users of the fire cabinet. This can be done by activating or deactivating the latch system beside each drawer.
